Residential split packaged air conditioners

Sepand Tahvieh residential split packaged are designed in capacity of 3,5, 7.5tons of refrigeration.

Sepand Tahvieh residential packaged provides both cooling and heating by one unit through the corresponding air distribution system with independently and occupy the least amount of space and ease of servicing.

They are designed in two different type of air and water cooled, vertical and horizontal configurations for indoor units.

In air cooled type, condensing unit is out door and for water cooled type out door unit consists of cooling tower which can be shared by other packaged units.

The heating for both types are available by using of hot water (provided by independent or central gas water heater), electrical heating element (including safety system) or a heat pump system. According to situation of residential other designs are available.
