Airwasher package

The apartment air washer package by Sepand Tasisat independently meets all heating and cooling needs for each residential unit.

Cooling System:

In summer, the system uses an evaporative cooling method, where water is sprayed through multiple nozzles in the air’s path. The cooled air is then distributed to different parts of the apartment via ductwork.

Heating System:

For winter, the device employs thermal coils. The hot water needed for these coils is supplied by a central boiler or an independent apartment water heater. Warm air is then circulated through the apartment’s duct system.

Winter Functionality:

In colder months, a mix of return air from the building and a controlled percentage of fresh air ensures a pleasant and adjustable indoor climate.
