Apartment Packages by Sepand Tasisat

Sepand Tasisat designs apartment packages in 3, 5, and 7.5-ton cooling capacities.

These units provide both cooling and heating through a single unit and distribute comfortable air via an air duct system.

The apartment packages are completely independent, occupy minimal space, and are easy to service and maintain.

They are available in two types: water-cooled and air-cooled, and come in vertical and horizontal designs for the internal unit (air handling unit).

In the air-cooled design, the external unit is an air-cooled condensing unit, while in the water-cooled design, the external unit consists of a cooling tower, which can serve multiple water-cooled packages.

For heating, both air-cooled and water-cooled systems use hot water (supplied by independent gas water heaters or a central boiler system), electric heaters (with safety switches), or a heat pump system.

Other designs are also available, tailored to the specific conditions and characteristics of residential locations.
