Air Handling Units by Sepand Tasisat

Sepand Tasisat designs and manufactures air handling units (AHUs) in 10 different models, with airflow capacities ranging from 2,000 to 56,000 CFM and static pressures up to 6 inches of water column. These units are available in single-zone or multi-zone configurations and can be produced in either front discharge or upward discharge models, depending on application requirements.

Key Features:

1. Fans:

   • The AHUs are equipped with centrifugal fans featuring double inlet designs and forward-curved or backward-curved blades.
   • Fans are dynamically and statically balanced for optimal performance and durability.

2. Cooling Systems:

   • Available in two types:
     • DX systems (direct expansion).
     • Chilled water systems for enhanced cooling flexibility.

3. Heating Systems:

   • Offered in three variations:
     • Hot water coils.
     • Steam coils.
     • Electric heating coils.

4. Coil Specifications:

   • Cooling Coils: Made of copper tubes with wave-shaped sinusoidal fins, featuring 8 to 14 fins per inch for efficient heat exchange.
   • Heating Coils: Also crafted from copper tubes with sinusoidal fins, offering the same density for reliable thermal performance.

5. Air Washer Systems:

   • Available in three classes (Class 4, 6, and 8) to meet diverse air purification needs.
   • Optionally, the units can be manufactured from stainless steel for specialized environments requiring enhanced durability and hygiene.
